Preventative Maintenance Program

Kassel's Appliance & A/C Repair, Inc. would like to offer you the opportunity of a Preventive Maintenance Program for your heating and air conditioning system.

Preventive maintenance is the key to keeping your heating and air conditioning system in top operating condition. A qualified service technician will inspect your system for possible problems at the beginning of peak heating and cooling seasons. This service is designed to increase the life of your system, improve air quality, reduce indoor air pollution and achieve peak operating conditions to reduce wasted energy. You also receive 10% off on all of your appliances we service.

Our comprehensive maintenance program includes:

AIR CONDITIONING

   1. Check and clean condenser coil
   2. Check and clean evaporator and coil
   3. Check and adjust blower components
   4. Check operating pressures for proper refrigerant
   5. Charge and add Freon if necessary (up to two pounds)
   6. Check thermostat calibration
   7. Check safety controls where applicable
   8. Check all electrical connections
   9. Check voltage and amperage on motors
  10. Check and clean condensate drain
  11. Change or clean air filters
  12. Lubricate all moving parts where necessary
  13. Check starting capabilities
  14. Visual leak check

HEATING

   1. Check and calibrate thermostat heating anticipators
   2. Oil and check the fan motor bearings
   3. Change or clean furnace filter
   4. Inspect automatic blower control
   5. Safety and efficiency check of low voltage wiring
   6. Check electric heating strips

We offer this maintenance service agreement at a cost of $120.00 for each air conditioning/heating system; multiple systems at a 10% discount.  The service agreement entitles you to two service inspections per year.  A state licensed technician performs each inspection.
